Normally on the first of every month there is a post called The Monthly Chapter. It has upcoming book reviews, books I am reading free books, and much more. I have decided that I would suspend these posts along with both the Authors of the Month and the Backlist of the Month for the rest of this year.
I know that many of you look forward to giveaways that go along with these posts. For that I am sorry and hope that you will understand. I want to revamp these and it is hard to do with still having to do them each month. They need an update and while I have plenty of ideas I can’t seem to pinpoint exactly what it is that I want to do with them.
I can tell you they will, most likely, come back at the beginning of 2024 and with any luck be better. I am in the process of overhauling several things here for next year in an effort to make this blog better. I feel as though I let this blog slide some throughout the year and my plan is stop doing that.
Not to mention all of the reviews that end up being pushed back because I am working on these posts. It’s a never-ending cycle that I am working towards breaking. Add in my personal stuff and I am swamped. I know that y’all wait for these giveaways every month. I can tell you I will still do giveaways over here from time to time. I don’t know if I will do any in August but if I do I will certainly include the extra entry kitty. That giveaway will most likely be closer to the end of the month around my birthday.
I also have 2 large giveaways planned for December this year. Be sure to keep checking back here for all of the upcoming reviews and surprises along the way.
